Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated shipping times:

• Domestic (UK & EU): 7–15 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking details to update.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipment.

If your order does not arrive within 45 business days, please contact us at info@megasphere.store. We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Because we ship from multiple suppliers, items in your order may arrive separately.
